The Art of Cultivating Love and Connection

The need for love and connection is probably the most powerful, driving force we experience as humans. When we feel loved and connected in our relationships, to our work, and with our community, there is a deep sense of peace and satisfaction that infuses our entire being. Most of us have lived with some deficit of this love and connection and that lack can affect every aspect of our lives.
Love is usually regarded simply as a feeling, something that magically comes upon us. This class will look at cultivating love and connection as a skill, and more importantly, as a choice we can make to infuse love into everything we do.
This class will be comprised of lecture, technique demonstration, and hands-on practice.
The Heart’s Universal Message: Across the globe, humans view the Heart in almost identical ways: as a resource and vehicle for love and connection. We will look at some of the ways different cultures understand love and cultivate love.
Fire Element Deep Dive: Fire element governs our capacity to love and connect, have healthy boundaries, feel safe and secure in the world and in relationships, and make healthy decisions. Discover where the fault lines are within the Fire element meridians to increase our capacity for love and connection.
Yang Bridge: Explore the Radiant Circuit that governs our ability to engage and connect meaningfully with others and express ourselves authentically.
Generational Healing: As children we learn about love and connection from our family of origin. Unfortunately, too often these lessons reflect the wounding and pain of our family history. In this class we will learn ways to break the chain of these inherited wounds and pass on a legacy of love to our children and chosen families.
Healing the Blocks for Love: Discover and unwind subconscious limiting beliefs about love - Love isn’t safe, feeling unworthy or unlovable, inability to forgive or heal from the past, etc.
Staying in the Heart: Our core nature is to be loving. Learn techniques to maintain this loving nature, even (and especially) in the face of adversity.
"Energy Medicine to Heal Your Storymaker"

Tired of those two-hour daily “self-care” sessions, trying to get your energies balanced? In this time of information overload, massive change – and spiritual awakening – most of us have found it challenging to maintain physical and mental equilibrium. It is so easy to lose the plot, to have our energies so over-influenced by competing narratives that we can’t heal, stay healthy, or feel truly well.
In this workshop, Ellen Meredith will teach you how to use energy medicine proactively, by working with your “storymaker”. It is the energy mechanism your consciousness uses to create YOU – your life, identity, energy patterns, physical being, and mental landscape. Your storymaker sets the framework for energies to organize and weaves elements together to make meaning.
When we know how to work directly with our storymaker, we have powerful medicine to build health and balance from the inside out. We can participate more consciously in creating our unique life, story, and physical instrument. We can influence energies BEFORE they run amok. And we can also contribute more effectively to the collective stories that influence us, body, mind, and spirit.
In this six-hour workshop, packed with original “Eden-adjacent” energy medicine tools you can use for yourself and with clients, you’ll learn how to engage with your storymaker to create a body-mind instrument that supports your soul’s truth and your own creation of self.
MEET THE TEACHERS
MARJORIE FEIN has been helping her clients cultivate strength, resilience, and vitality through her work as an energy healer for over 20 years. She has been a senior faculty member of the Donna Eden Certification Program since its inception in 2005 and was a contributing designer of the Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner Program. She travels throughout the country teaching classes in Energy Medicine, Energy Psychology, and Aromatherapy. ELLEN MEREDITH, Doctor of Arts, EEM-AP is a conscious channel, medical intuitive, energy medicine practitioner, teacher, and author. She has been in practice since 1984, helping over ten thousand clients and students worldwide communicate with their own energies, hear their inner guidance, and heal. She has toured and taught her unique style of “Eden-adjacent” energy medicine in the US, Canada, Europe and on-line since 2011.
Ellen is renowned for her down-to-earth, yet out-of-the box thinking. Originally trained as a healer by her inner teachers, Ellen later served on Donna Eden’s faculty, and is presently on the Shift Network faculty.
