A note from Teresa Lake: I am an Advanced Practitioner and have been for years and I continue to learn new things in the Review Classes. The great Eva Gold will be teaching the review for class 5. I highly recommend taking all of the review classes but especially this one. You will have a chance to get grounded, focus on your skills, and truly be prepared for class 5.
Optional POST CLASSES $125:
Monday, April 29 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Jin Shin Jyutsu: Discover Simple and Potent Hands-On Practices to Grow Your Healing Toolbox
Take this unique opportunity to enhance your EEM Practice and learn from world renown teachers!
*All post classes will be available via zoom. Recordings will be emailed.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle hands-on practice that activates potent acupoints to provide self-healing, and for healing others. Jin Shin Jyutsu can be to help yourself (we regularly use Jin Shin Jyutsu flows to help go to sleep, prevent jet lag, and to recalibrate our 5-Element balance) and may also be performed to help heal others from physical, mental, or emotional pain and stress. We invite you to join us as you learn easy and practical protocols to effectively grow your healing prowess, all while enjoying a really good time.
A note from Teresa: I use Jin Shin Jyutsu to compliment my EEM Practice. Clients often say "I can feel my tension knots melting". I am incredibly honored to have Nicole and Heath teach this post class. They are world renown instructors. Contact me if you would like massage therapy CE's as they are certified instructors.
Your Instructors, Nicole and Heath Reed, LMTS and BQ Coaches, have been practicing and teaching the healing arts for more than 25 years. In 1999, they were first taught Jin Shin Jyutsu and have incorporated this profound healing art thousands of times in one-on-one sessions, group classes, and bonus feature: while healing themselves! The Reeds are co-founders of Living Metta (living “loving kindness”) where they provide hundreds of hours of hands-on healing and self-care classes (yoga, qigong, breathwork, etc) in their online Metta Community, and also travel throughout the world offering in-person classes and healing retreats. Learn more about Heath and Nicole at LivingMetta.com.
Please select your classes below. I offer scholarships based on donations only. Every dollar I receive goes directly to a student in need. I would like to thank you in advance; even $10 helps!
For the post class Heath and Nicole strongly recommend (but don't require) you purchase and have this book on hand for our class: The Touch of Healing: Energizing the Body, Mind, and Spirit With Jin Shin Jyutsu, by Alice Burmeister and Tom Monte.
